Having experienced foster care, abuse, and homelessness, I know what it feels like to carry wounds that shape the way you see yourself, your relationships, and what’s possible for your future.

My healing journey led me inward. Through deep self-reflection, shadow work, and transforming the subconscious beliefs that were keeping me stuck, I began creating a life that felt aligned with who I truly was.
